TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Better Call Behnken is getting results for a Pass-A-Grille couple who received a threat of a property lien for construction materials they never ordered.
Robert Micklitsch and his wife have owned their property on Pass-A-Grille Way for more than 20 years. It was home to a general store until Hurricane Helene did so much damage two years ago that they bulldozed the store and put the property up for sale.

Micklitsch said he was surprised when he recently received a “Notice to Owner” in the mail, claiming a contractor had not been paid for concrete and other building materials delivered for improvements to the property.
