(FOX40.COM) — A man was sentenced Tuesday to more than a decade in prison after deputies discovered what he was hiding inside an apartment in Stockton.
Law enforcement first discovered the scope of 56-year-old Paul Anthony Thomas’ drug-manufacturing operations on July 10, 2024. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office entered an apartment at 4460 Cotton Court on a search warrant and found that Thomas had used the residence as both a stash house and a drug conversion lab.
Cocaine, meth, heroin and fentanyl were stored in the residence, the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office said in a news release. There was also an “operational conversion laboratory” Thomas was using to convert cocaine hydrochloride into cocaine base, commonly known as crack cocaine…
