>> On 08/20/2026, at approximately 1621 hours, BRPD Communications received a report of a white Land Rover SUV, later determined to be a 2025 white Land Rover Range Rover Sport bearing FL tag (REDACTED) which had reportedly run two red lights and struck a curb while traveling westbound on W Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, Palm Beach County. The vehicle was last observed entering southbound I-95 from W Yamato Rd.
Officer McDaniel (#930) subsequently observed the white Land Rover traveling southbound on I-95 approaching the Glades Rd exit, within Boca Raton, Palm Beach County. While following the vehicle, Officer McDaniel observed it repeatedly swerving across the lane lines on both sides. He further observed the vehicle merge from the far-right through lane into the middle through lane without signaling, causing a vehicle traveling behind it to brake abruptly to avoid a collision. Officer McDaniel then observed the Land Rover come to a complete stop in the far-right through lane of I-95 without warning. Based on these observations, Officer McDaniel initiated a traffic stop…
