A Texas man will spend significant time behind bars for shooting his neighbor’s son while the teenager was burying a pet guinea pig.
On Monday, John Martin Dixon, 46, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting of Emmanuel Menchaca, 18, according to Harris County court records reviewed by Law&Crime.
