LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The attacks on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001 would forever change people’s lives.
On that fateful day, now-Lafayette Police Deputy Chief Dorian Brabham was transitioning from military life to civilian life. Suddenly, that transition was a bit more complicated.
