MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — As Marquette’s new school year is set to begin next week, police are searching for a Milwaukee man who they say broke into an off-campus apartment near the university.
Police said 30-year-old DeAndre Morgan broke through a first-floor window at an apartment building on Kilbourn Ave. early in the morning on Sunday, Aug. 2.
A Marquette student and her roommate were inside sleeping, and according to court documents, called 911 and jumped out of their window while Morgan was still inside.
Officers later found Morgan himself sitting on a couch on the second floor with a bag full of their things, including alcohol and electronics…
