SAN FELIPE PUEBLO — An Algodones man was charged with the murder of a convicted murderer in San Felipe Pueblo.
Elijah Sandoval, 47, is facing federal charges for allegedly shooting and killing another man on Aug. 15 in what investigators believe was retaliation for the victim’s prior killing of a San Felipe Pueblo woman, according to a release by the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of New Mexico. He is charged with second-degree murder.
