Urban Hip-E, a family-owned healthy eatery based in Colorado, just made its Arizona debut near ASU in Tempe. Stanya and James Gorraiz opened the first location in Montrose, Colorado, in 2024.
For the Gorraizes, opening the Tempe restaurant is like a homecoming. Both of them grew up in Arizona and James graduated from ASU.
