CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA — As children return to school, Iowa health officials are urging families to check vaccination records as measles cases rise and childhood immunization rates decline.
Local health officials say fewer Iowa children are getting vaccinated, with some communities reporting their lowest rates since 2019.
