SAN ANTONIO – If you paid rent within the last seven years, you may be eligible for a settlement check in a class action lawsuit accusing rental companies of inflating rent prices.
The lawsuit was filed against about 40 rental property owners and management companies, as well as RealPage Inc., a property management software company that offers pricing tools.
