The defense for murder suspect Oziya Narcisse intends to file multiple motions in the case, so attorneys requested for a separate motion hearing in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday.
Narcisse is represented by defense attorney Doug Moore, who informed the court that they are preparing for trial, but will have several matters that need to be discussed, and it could turn into a lengthy proceeding, so he requested a hearing be set.
