PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman was arrested Tuesday night after police say she drove into a closed Secret Service security checkpoint near Mar-a-Lago, damaged a South Ocean Boulevard gate and drove toward multiple law enforcement officers.
South Ocean Boulevard was closed between Via Agape and 1236 S. Ocean Blvd. from around 6 p.m. until approximately 9:30 p.m. because of the police activity, according to town alerts.
