CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A man from Cedar Rapids was sentenced Tuesday to five years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Shewarence Dehassiu Gibbs, 46, pleaded guilty to the charge in January.
