The left lane of a Kansas City Street near Penn Valley Park is closed until further notice after the street caved in.
Crews with KC Water were notified about the cave-in on Southwest Trafficway just after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Desmond Nugent, a public information officer for the department, said in an email to The Star.
