ST. LOUIS – Two people were shot and one was killed late Tuesday evening in St. Louis’ Soulard neighborhood. Police say the shooting stemmed from an apparent gun sale.
The shooting happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Carroll Street.
