Former Bixby assistant city manager files lawsuit against city
BIXBY, Okla. – Former Bixby Assistant City Manager Kim Coody is suing the city, alleging the City Council violated Oklahoma’s Open Meeting Act during a May meeting and improperly handled the suspension of City Manager Joey Wiedel.
Lawsuit follows city manager arrest and suspension
The lawsuit comes after Wiedel was arrested by Wagoner police on May 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence.
