It was a weekend of cultural celebration and plenty of fun in Woodburn.
For the 62nd Fiesta Mexicana, it was a chance to share something special with the more than 27,000 guests who visited Woodburn’s Legion Park between Aug. 21-23.
And the celebration turned out to be record-breaking…
