Get ready for another round of strong summer storms that threaten to bring inches of rain, potentially damaging wind, hail — even the chance for a tornado or two can’t be ruled out Thursday.
A flood watch goes into effect at noon for portions of the tri-state and remains in place through the night. Storm coverage and intensity will increase through the afternoon, with the greatest risk for severe weather stretching from late afternoon into the mid-evening hours.
