MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man charged in a disturbing case of animal cruelty was briefly back behind bars after he failed to make a court appearance.
Anthony Gailey-Burdine is charged with aggravated animal cruelty for allegedly dragging a dog while driving his car back in April.
He was arrested on a bench warrant Monday and released Wednesday on a $5,000 bond.
