TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For Carson Kovach and Susan Johnson, the last few blocks home from a trip Sunday afternoon came with a costly surprise.
Kovach said they were driving near Doyle and Manhattan when their front tire went over a manhole cover.
“It bounced up from our front tire, hit underneath the car, spun around and the grooves are still in the street from when it was spinning around. Our back tire went in the hole,” Kovach said…
