FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – A Franklin County man is facing multiple felony charges following a months-long drug investigation that resulted in the seizure of various drugs and cash from his residence, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. (FCSO)
On April 28, 2026, FCSO’s Special Operations Division began investigating 48-year-old John Byoung Kim of Franklin County. Authorities say he was wanted on outstanding criminal charges from Maryland.
