Whalen responds to leaked arrest records from past decade

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Jeromie Whalen, a Democratic candidate for Massachusetts’ 1st Congressional District, is responding to news reports detailing criminal charges he faced over a decade ago.

Whalen attributed his past legal trouble to college drinking, stating that he paid his penalties and learned from his past mistakes.
