COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A former Ohio State offensive lineman was sentenced for his involvement in a domestic violence incident last summer.
Michael McCullough, 25, was issued a suspended sentence on charges stemming from an assault that occurred in west Columbus, where a woman told police she was strangled, punched and pushed while inside of a car.
Police said that a woman walked into CPD headquarters and filed a report that McCullough assaulted her on Aug. 25, 2025. The report alleged that the two were arguing while inside a vehicle and that McCullough broke her cell phone, punched her in the face multiple times, grabbed her throat and pushed her head against the window.
