DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — DeWitt Police are asking for the public’s help to identify three males seen on surveillance footage abandoning a stolen gray Kia SUV on Tuesday morning.
The car was recovered after a rash of seven other vehicle thefts and one attempted theft reported in the area over the past month.
The gray Kia SUV was stolen from a parking lot on Court Street Road between 2:15 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. Monday. The car was found Tuesday around 10 a.m. in the rear parking lot of a property at 419 W. Manlius St., after the property owner noticed ignition damage and alerted authorities…
