CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Charleston District, said it will begin maintenance dredging in the lower Charleston Harbor soon.
The operation ensures the federal navigation channel remains safe, reliable and fully operational for commercial and military vessels, according to the USACE.
