DUNCAN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A stopped train is blocking traffic in Duncan, according to the Duncan Police Department.
Officers report a train is blocking traffic at the intersection of West Main Street and Smith Street in Duncan and Locust Street in Lyman.
