A 68-year-old Philadelphia man has been arrested in connection with a July burglary at a New Castle County home, according to the New Castle County Division of Police.
Officers responded to the 300 block of South Thale Drive at approximately 2:00 a.m. on July 26 after receiving a report of a burglary. Police found signs of forced entry at the residence. The occupants were not home when the burglary occurred and later reported that valuable property had been stolen.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Unit took over the investigation and identified a Mercedes GL450 believed to have been associated with the burglary. Investigators subsequently identified Michael Guess, 68, of Philadelphia, as a suspect…
