LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock Police Department officials said an arrest has been made and the victim identified after a deadly Tuesday afternoon shooting on J.E. Davis Drive.
Officials said 21-year-old Omarion Hatchett was taken into custody on Thursday without incident in connection with the shooting. Hatchett is facing a charge of capital murder, they added.

Police also named the victim of the shooting as 23-year-old Jazeven Gregory of Little Rock. Officers were called to the 3500 block of J.E. Davis Drive at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
