PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A Portland man pled guilty to a string of retail thefts, including a Plaid Pantry, which he stole from 39 different times, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.
“He would go behind the counter as if he had every right to do so and load up on tobacco products, filling bags and bags,” said Deputy District Attorney Theresa Turner.
Timothy Ray Jones, 55, agreed to a plea deal and will serve more than six years in prison for the thefts from stores across the Portland area…
