Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery is planning a new location in Old Towne Orange. To WhatNow, founder and baker-chef Nick confirmed the business may expand to Southern California in 2027. The expansion follows the growth of the family-owned bakery, which was founded in Historic Downtown Glendale, Arizona.
Nick describes Blue Corn Café & Bakery describes itself as independently owned and family operated, with limited franchise opportunities available for independent owner-operators. Currently open in Glendale and Mesa, along with Blue Corn Express in Glendale, it specializes in made-from-scratch baked goods and cafe fare.
