A Virginia man who police said dressed in a mask similar to the one in the movie “Scream” has been arrested in connection with a number of destruction of property incidents at a community center in Lorton.
Zion Gibbs, 22, of Lorton, has been arrested on charges of several counts of destruction of property and wearing a mask in public. He’s being held without bond, Fairfax County police said in a news release.
Since July 9, a masked person has gone to a homeowner’s community center on Lorton Station Boulevard and “committed six destruction of property incidents,” including damaging windows using rocks, a hammer and cinder blocks, police said…
