A developer is looking to build an age-targeted single-family home neighborhood in southwest Cherokee County near Acworth.
EC New Vision Georgia, LLC is applying to Cherokee County to rezone about 110.74 acres at 400 and 350 Thompson Farm Lane and 3185 Kellogg Creek Road from general agriculture to single-family residential (R-20) for a “Conservation Design Community.”
