A woman died after a hit-and-run crash in a parking lot in Milpitas Friday, according to the police department.
Police said the crash was reported just after noon in the parking lot of Mill Creek Apartments, located at 440 Dixon Landing Road. Officials said witnesses reported seeing a blue SUV leaving the area immediately after the incident.
