BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A 19-year-old man was arrested Monday on weapons charges after an investigation into credible threats.
Days before the arrest, the Battle Creek Police Department (BCPD) received information through reports from the community regarding an ongoing dispute with several people under the age of 21 who were known to one another.

Officers determined the threats were credible, and identified the 19-year-old man as being directly linked to those threats, BCPD said in a release.
