WEST EARL TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was sentenced to four to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to injuring a man in a head-on crash while he drove under the influence of multiple drugs.
Judge Todd Brown sentenced Cody Benjamin Weasenforth, 35, of Ephrata, after he pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, three counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses.
