MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man who was convicted of second-degree murder is back in jail after Memphis Police said that he carjacked a woman at gunpoint.
Damien Evans has been charged with aggravated robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, carjacking, and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
