Nexo Residences has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy as construction approaches completion on the 15-story condominium development at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach. Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects and developed by Fortune International Group and Blue Road, the project contains 254 residences along with a collection of resident amenities, with KAST Construction serving as general contractor.
KAST Construction announced the milestone this week. The TCO allows occupancy to begin while remaining construction and closeout work continues across the property.
In the LinkedIn post, the development shows the exterior largely complete. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and glass balcony railings span the residential elevations, while the projecting floor plates form continuous horizontal bands around the structure.
