Pilar Coffee Bar & Iced Treats is continuing its South Florida expansion with a new Miami location planned for 17405 S. Dixie Highway.
MZC South Dade LLC has filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the location. An opening date has not been announced.
The South Florida-born concept opened its flagship café at The Cove in Deerfield Beach in December 2024. Pilar currently has two locations open: the original Deerfield Beach café and a location in Roslyn, New York, according to the company’s website. Additional locations are listed as coming soon in Coral Springs, Delray Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, as well as Aurora, Colorado, and two additional Long Island locations…
