HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)- A long-term lane closure on I-64 east off-ramp to Settlers Landing Road is scheduled to be lifted as early as August 31, 2026, weather and schedule permitting.
Contractor crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) are scheduled to lift the long-term single-lane closure on the I-64 east off-ramp to Settlers Landing Road/Hampton University (exit267) in Hampton.
To implement the reopening of the lane, the ramp will be temporarily closed overnight with a signed detour, along with a single-lane closure on I-64 east August 30, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning…
