The Waukee Towne Center will welcome several new-to-the-state retailers when it opens in 2027, including L.L. Bean, the developer behind the 62-acre development announced today.
The Maine-based outdoor apparel company is among those included in the initial wave of tenant announcements that Pierson Cos. says will make the development, at East Hickman and Southeast Alice’s roads, a hub of shopping, dining and entertainment “unlike anything else in the state.”…
