TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police say they have arrested a person suspected of defecating and smearing on walls, exposing himself and touching himself in front of a camera.
Polce were looking to identify a person they say did this in front of a business located in a shopping center near 81st and Memorial. Officers had previously responded to the area multiple times but were unable to catch him.
Officers have since identified the suspect as 27-year-old Henry Dudley. They say around 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, detectives served a search warrant on Dudley’s apartment near 81st and Yale, but he was not home. They tracked down Dudley and hour later and arrested him…
