The Oregon Hop Festival is returning to the TopWire Hop Project for a third festive year.
TopWire Hop Project will host the third annual Oregon Hop Festival on Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 12-13, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at 8668 Crosby Road NE just west of Woodburn.
