A car registered to a former Westchester County police chief was involved in multiple reported hit-and-runs within minutes of each other, leading to a DA investigation into the handling of the case, according to reports.
An Infiniti sedan registered to former Tuckahoe Police Chief John Costanzo, who retired from the department in 2023, is at the center of the investigation, CBS News New York reported.
