CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – An East Coast real estate investor has acquired the Quality Inn & Suites hotel in Queensgate for an eight-figure sum.
Prashant Kumar, of Stony Brook, N.Y.-based MyRealtyGains, closed on the property Aug. 13 through Aldreams LLC, paying $10 million, according to public records.
The 12-story, 245-room hotel building sits at 800 W. Eighth St., just across Interstate 75 from downtown Cincinnati, with access to the Central Business District over the Eighth Street viaduct…
