Elberfeld man accused of strangling brother

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A man from Elberfeld is accused of multiple charges after Evansville police say he attacked his brother.

According to an affidavit, police responded to a domestic violence call in the 400 block of North Third Avenue at 1:57 a.m. on Saturday. Police say the caller stated he was attacked by his brother, identified as Kyle Brunner, 34.

On arrival, police say they located the victim with multiple injuries, including dried blood on the back of his head. The victim told police he thought Brunner was on meth and had been drinking before the altercation. The victim also stated Brunner threatened to break both of his legs…
