A California-based pizza chain continues rapid Collin County buildout. According to public filings, Mountain Mike’s Pizza plans to open a new location at 220 W. Frontier Parkway, Suite 100, in Prosper.
What Now Dallas reached out to Hector Haget, the franchise owner of the Celina location, who also operates a Mountain Mike’s location in Frisco, for additional details and to inquire about the Prosper project, but did not receive a response prior to press time.
