Car hauler leaves I-75, crashes into trees

A driver was seriously injured after a crash involving a vehicle hauling a car trailer along Interstate 75 in Cobb County early Saturday morning, according to police.

The crash happened around 4:48 a.m. on I-75 southbound just south of Shiloh Road, Cobb County officials said.

Authorities said a gray 2024 Ram 3500 pulling a 2002 Take III car hauler trailer was traveling south on the interstate when the driver failed to maintain a lane.
