Two dogs are receiving emergency medical care after they were found living in deplorable conditions in the basement of a Bronx apartment building, according to NYC Second Chance Rescue.
The dogs were discovered in the basement of a building on Fox Street, where the rescue organization said they had been living surrounded by their own urine and feces.
