Pure Terror holds the Guinness World Record for the longest walk-through horror attraction, stretching 6,344 feet and packing 10 haunted attractions into one sprawling maze filled with live scare actors, elaborate sets, fog, strobe lights, sudden sound effects and other special effects. Most guests spend 60 to 90 minutes tackling more than a mile of what Pure Terror calls an “intense, nonstop journey.”
This year’s big newcomer is Gargoyle Den, where visitors descend into an abandoned cemetery and crumbling crypts guarded by stone creatures that were once meant to keep evil out.
