ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Police Department confirmed a man in the hospital has been charged following an altercation on Culver Road.
On Saturday around 4 p.m., Rochester police officers responded to Rochester General Hospital for reports of a 28-year-old who was assaulted in the area of Culver Road.
